I have a question that is not answered here. What should I do?

Do I have to register?
No, you do not have to register on our site, but by doing so, this will give you full control over your classified ad. You will be able to edit, and remove your ad easily.

Do you have free submission options?
Yes, each category on our site, has a basic free option.

How long before my ad is approved?
Paid ad submissions are automatically included in our classifieds directory, upon payment. Free submissions are usually reviewed and approved within 3 working days.

What payment types does Koalabids accept?
We use paypal for all transactions. We have found it to be the most secure and reliable.

Why is my ad is not showing?
There are a few reasons why ads don't show. We do not accept classifieds that advertise anything illegal. We reserve the right to remove or not approve illegal advertisements, or services. Another reason could be that although you submitted your paid classified ad, you have not completed payment. No ads will show until payment has been received and cleared. If you submitted a free classified, we may not have reviewed and approved it, as yet. If your ad does not fit any of these reason, feel free to contact us.

How do I submit a classified ad?
Simply click on 'Submit Classified' from our top menu bar, select the type of ad you would like to submit, fill in the details, spam prevention code, tick the box to agree to the submission rules (after reading the rules) and press continue.

I am a webmaster and want to advertise on your site. Do you offer advertisement space?
Yes, we do offer advertisement space. Banners or links can be added to our right and left columns, and in the footer area. We also have a friendly links page for link exchanges. Contact us for details.
